  • Great Process: Design and deliver great meeting openings; employ key Techniques to keep groups focused; encourage full participation; ask powerful questions; manage time; maintain energy and set a good pace for the work.
  • Great Interactions: Apply the principles of adult learning; work with group diversity; develop pro-active meeting designs to minimize and prevent individual and group dynamics; make timely and appropriate interventions when faced with unproductive conflict; and facilitate focused, harmonious, creative, and respectful group meetings.
